Night Vision Headset

Rusty Design were tasked by Wider Sight to design and develop a lightweight and low cost night vision goggle headset. Collaborating closely with each other to understand the requirements a design was hashed out, suitable for achieving the main goal of aiding hikers at night. Rusty Design then took the concept from idea stage through to prototyping and started to build.

After several iterations we now have a working prototype which Wider Sight were satisfied with. The prototype consisted of a 3D printed frame which was integrated with the required electronic components. The next stage will be to develop this product to the point where it will be ready for small scale manufacture.
