Precision Cycling Components

Commissioned by USA Cycling to design bespoke components for use in Union Cyclist Internationale documentation for Olympic track competition and BMX concept design.

Component requirements and industry standards presented a plethora of design challenges, particularly when marrying up the components in an aerodynamic construction on the bike. Part designs have been processed by USA cycling in preparation for manufacture and testing.
